Millworks - Centre for Entrepreneurship

MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

To help clients and entrepreneurs throughout the region, Millworks wants to build a pool of mentors who would provide continual and regular feedback to potential and existing  business owners. This pool will include individuals who have a strong understanding of business planning and operations and are interested in entrepreneurship. Mentors must also be willing to communicate regularly with their Mentee.

Roles and responsibilities of the mentors will include:

•    Promote proper business planning.
•    Answer questions related to start-up processes for small businesses.
•    Address general concerns about financial and legal elements of business.
•    Guide small business owners in matters like developing business plans, marketing and management.
•    Provide business contacts, if needed.
